The village square of Santa Gertrudis is one of the best-known and most relaxed meeting spots in Ibiza's inland area. At the center stands the whitewashed church of Santa Gertrúdis from the 18th century, whose simple façade and the small square in front of it shape the townscape.
What stands out here is less a single "highlight" than the atmosphere: the square is car-free, you can sit outside cafés and small restaurants, watch village life, and get an authentic impression of rural Ibiza away from the beach resorts. The place is ideal for a short stop or a peaceful break on an island tour.
