The beach club
Playa Soleil is located right on the long sandy beach of Playa d'en Bossa, on the site of the former Bora Bora – one of the island’s most legendary addresses. Behind the concept are teams around Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza together with a lifestyle group; the result is a “multisensory” beach club experience that combines dining, music, art and wellness.
The beach club is divided into several zones: on the beach side (“Playa Grande”), you can relax on sun loungers and Balinese beds, while the bars “Les Palmiers” and “Las Dunas” serve drinks and snacks. The food is handled by several restaurant areas – “Playa Chica”, “Le Restaurant” and “Oasis” – ranging from fine dining to more laid-back meals.
Culinarily, Playa Soleil focuses on high-quality, as local and organic as possible products under the direction of Executive Chef Cristian Castañeda. The cuisine is contemporary Mediterranean; there is also a boho-chic atmosphere, a boutique and a wellness program.
The day starts relaxed with brunch from late morning, lunch from midday and beach vibes in the afternoon. By late afternoon the energy picks up, and on selected evenings the venue turns into a club night. The flagship event is Guy Gerber’s Friday party “Rumors” – a boho-elegant format with melodic, hypnotic house that has found its home in Ibiza here.
