Cova de Can Marçà is located in the north of Ibiza near Port de Sant Miquel and is one of the island’s best-known natural attractions. The cave was formed over a very long time by water and rock processes and was apparently once used by smugglers – part of that history is still covered during the visit today.
Visitors can see stalactite formations, underground passages, and a light and water show that creates a special atmosphere in the cave. The visit is more of a short excursion than a long hike, but it’s especially worthwhile for families, rainy days, and anyone wanting to experience Ibiza’s nature beyond its beaches.
