The palm promenade in Figueretas is one of the easiest ways to experience the coastal life of Ibiza-Stadt. Along the waterfront there is a well-kept walking path with palm trees, seating, cafés, ice cream parlors and views of the bay. The section is especially popular for its mix of beach atmosphere and urban location: locals, holidaymakers and strollers meet here at any time of day.
Historically, the promenade is not a single monument, but part of Figueretas’ modern development as a beach and residential district south of the old town. For visitors, it is especially appealing as a relaxed way to get to the sea: you can walk along the water, take a break, swim or continue towards Dalt Vila and the harbor. Even without a fixed agenda, it’s worth a visit as an easily accessible public waterfront promenade with typical Ibiza flair.
