The beach
Cala Gració is located in the west of Ibiza, just a few minutes north of San Antonio. The small cove is framed by rocks and green coastline and, compared with the island's large beaches, feels rather calm and manageable. Thanks to its location close to the town, it is easy to reach, but it is usually much more relaxed than the main beaches of San Antonio.
The beach consists mainly of fine sand, with smaller light gravel and rocky sections at the edges. The water is usually clear and slopes down gently, which makes the cove especially pleasant in calm conditions. When it's windy, as on many stretches of Ibiza's coast, the water can get a bit choppier.
Cala Gració is ideal for beachgoers looking for a compact cove with a natural setting and without the bustle of a long seafront promenade. Families usually appreciate its manageable size and shallow shoreline, while couples and those seeking peace and quiet enjoy the more sheltered atmosphere. In high season, however, the beach is still popular and can get fairly busy.
